How much is postage?

Postage is a $15 flat rate fee, Australia wide. Postage is free if you spend $150.

How long until I receive my order?

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Postage will then take 3-8 business days.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! We are stoked to have partnered with Stockmans BBD in Dee Why on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Orders will be available for pickup 48 hours after they have been made. Opening hours are 11am-9pm, Wednesday to Monday. Grab yourself an epic burger while you are there!

How do I care for my picnic blanket?

We suggest a separate, gentle cool wash. In fact, washing the blanket on this setting will soften the fabric as it may have creases from postage. Beware that the colour may run if washed with other items.

How big are the picnic blankets?

All 3 of our current design are 130 x 160cm, perfect for 2-3 people (hello date night)! We have some larger ones in the works.

I accidently ordered the wrong item. Can I return it?

If there is an issue with your order, please email kaiandcountry@gmail.com within 30 days to sort out an exchange. If it is due to a change of mind, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.
